Can health data go into AI?
That is decided before building: together with your data protection officer, AKARA Solutions defines which data the AI uses, where it runs and which contracts apply. Under Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation, health data is a special category of personal data; from March 26, 2027, the European Health Data Space Regulation also applies.
